Each week includes skills and techniques helping you feel steadier and more at ease.

  • 1-1/2 hour moderated session with a supportive group

  • a safe space to process feelings and reactions to current events

  • education and coping skills around depression, anxiety and trauma

  • meaningful conversation

  • advice from licensed trauma counselor & certified meditation instructor

  • a soothing guided meditation

  • access to the recorded meditations
